This is my only my little thought. But
sometimes, some little thought has to be look upon or ponder to. Well small
things might grow bigger right?
We always wanted the best in Malaysian hospitality.
Who should we select to fill the emptiness in hospitality vacancies? The one
with experience or the one with education?
Many grads with flying colors in
hospitality field. But the question is how many of them are strong enough to
stay in this line. Tough fight between the one with experience and the one with
education are being played. Yes of course the establishment is so delighted
with numbers of workers who are willing to served them in order to get paid and
to pay their bills in life.
But is there any point or standards to say
how many ringgits the establishment should pay to these people, either the one
with education or the one with experience in order for them to feel that this
job is worth it.
Yes! The answer is NO!
Even though he or she grads with flying
colors, they should have a bit of experience in order to run this business
well. The one who fill themselves with education must seek themselves with
experience for them to manage well. The one with education may take a long way
up, but along the way they are shaped and polished to be a leader and a thinker
to any of the establishment who willing to pay them high!
As for the one who equipped themselves
with experience, they might have thousands of reason by doing so. This people
work their ass out! To become success. Yes they have a right to get a high pay
in this line.
Hospitality line promises a high pay if
you are the one who looks forward and willing to work and becoming a high
achiever. Don’t forget to smile on your way up because smiling will melt other
people heart with warmness and kindness.
